A question regarding mods...TMO & RSRD and U boat expansion

Hi,
I have the Gold Edition of SH4, and I usually play the main SH4 campaign. I use the following mods: TMO and RSRD for the fleet boat campaign. If I wanted to play a U boat campaign, will those mods affect the german campaign, or is it best to uninstall the mods and then play? Without ploughing through loads of posts, I seek an answer!

Best is to get MultiSH4 http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=1110 and have two separate installs. Much less hassle that way.

Thanks, looking at OM presently - wanted a more 'refined' experience of the expansion rather than stock - not played the stock U boat campaign that much however. Will look into MultiSH4 after current campaign.

I have a lot of free space in my four hd....I think is better install in every hd sh4 and choose every time what type of sim I want play
