True .... an appeal is probably to be expected.

Dunno on what grounds, the trial seemed pretty uncontested.

I thought he lost it when he refused to take the stand.

Even if he does not serve any actual jail time, I think the punishment is fitting.

1. Felony conviction on his record
2. Loss of medical license and since he does not have a history of medical research doubtful he could even get a lab job.
3. Going to have the snot sued out of him by practically everyone for the next 100 years

His life will be a bit on the crappy side. My only concern is that I want safeguards in place to prevent him from making any profit from this case. :yep:

I believe he is not even a citizen. He'll go back to whatever island country he is from and pick up his practice there. Along with a lot of bank. The wrongful death suit will be long and drawn out, probably end up in appeals and by that time no one will care anymore.

Good source but you did not read far down enough :O:

At the age of seven, Murray relocated to Trinidad and Tobago to live with his mother, where he became a citizen...

LOL :DL

I was genuinely interested where he hailed from when I read he wasn't a US citizen (as I had presumed) :DL
