Sure its ugly - but its REALISTIC compared to others.

SH3 if your looking for eye candy. SH4 may run as well.

Check out crucial.com, get their scanner to check your system (don't forget to tick the tick-box) - only takes a few seconds - and then let us know what the results are. Somebody here may be able to offer you some replacement.

It doesn't matter what games you play, or programs you use, RAM is always your friend. :D
