Recently (earlier this week), I sent an email to author Joe Buff regarding the "Thunder in the Deep" film, as little-to-no news has been released on it in nearly a year. Well, I got a timely response from him in less than a day.

In nutshell, some people left & some new ones added & my main focus since spring has been "Tidal Rip" w. me as lead executive producer and work focused in CT, script and business plan done tho these are of course confidential, fundraising recently begun. ...joe.
In other words, progress continues, just at a slower pace. I know there are a few people here that are interested in the film so I posted the email here. Cheers!
