If you want to graduate to a Captain, feel free to introduce yourself in the Comments to Subsim forum. There is a thread titled XMonth 2011 New Member Sign Up (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/forumdisplay.php?f=172), make a short intro post there and tell the forum how you found Subsim, what your favorite game is, etc and say Hello!
