1.5 U-boat Missions has to be purchased, either from Ubisoft or from Steam. I don't know any more details since I long ago purchased a copy of SH4 Gold, which contains the full package.

Another alternative that you have to purchase the 1.5 patch is through GamerGate.com (http://www.gamersgate.com/DD-SH4ADD/silent-hunter-4-wolves-of-the-pacific-u-boat-missions?caff=22251) A few thing about the site is its legal, its not steam, and its compatible with hard copy versions. Also, no viruses.
