Good that they made it!
Nothing on the news about the incident here yet. It's hard to see, was there foam on the runway?

If they get enough notice the fire and rescue crews will spread foam on the runway to retard any ignition of fuels. I imagine the runway will be closed for some time, firstly to disperse the foam, secondly to inspect for damage.
Beers all round, I think, it all looked textbook on all sides. :yeah:
And that original link has been removed, use kranz's. :yep:

MSNBC - Plane from New York carrying 230 crash lands in Warsaw (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/45118187/ns/business-us_business/#.TrAWdrIzAYw)
Not much info yet.
Textbook gear up landing, massive kudos to the pilot, crew and ground-crew for making it work.
Professional job! Any landing you walk away from is a good one, and this was definitely above-good. Shame about the plane, but the pilot looks like he did everything right.
Here you have some more clips, and pictures of the plane when it's on the ground.

Good job of the pilots!
Extremely good job of the pilots. The landing was probably smoother than any I've ever seen. :yeah::up::woot:
Increadible landing! smoother than some of the landings ive had on wheels! That pilot is a real pro.
Its times like this the Civilian Airline pilot show that he is not a glorified bus driver, but a life saving hero, That said Boeing deserve their fare share of the credit for this too (Im assuming the failed gear was a maintinance issue) Since some where in the world a 767 probably lands on it wheels every 10-20 seconds or so.
