Just joined first post, can anyone point me in the direction to where I can find a listing of japanese convoys and the vessels in them ?,keeping my fingers crossed that some one can help.

Stock game do not use real life convoy routes and the recognition manual is pretty much that list of vessels. If you want to have real life convoy routes, install RSRD.

RSRD mod uses historic jap convoys. Seems there is a support doc. inside RSRD listing all the convoy and TF info groups, but as stated stock isn't historic.

They're also many maps showing convoy and TF routes in the pacific all over the net, just search japanese WW2 convoys, etc..
