Along with deep runners and pre-dets, how many reported MK14's ran wild? I've had several circle my boat now (luckily without impacting :-?), and for Q:2, I'm running RSRDC and TMO 2.2, and I've seen several convoys of Sampans and fishing boats. Was this normal? Does anyone else experience this?

Can't answer the first one (don't even know where I'd look, but I have absolutley no doubt that someone on this forum will know). As for the 2nd question, I run into them frequently offshore from Japan, usually in groups of 3, 5, and once in a while, 6.

Considering that the Chinese, the Filipinos, and the Indonesians relied heavily on a fleet of thousands of these type of vessels for transport and commerce as well as fishing you should see a lot more than you do. ;)

Sampans on a rope are bound to be a lil rough on the sensitive spots, at least at first.
