Wirtten by Kevin Smith (of Clerks, Jay & Silent Bob and Dogma fame) a new movie about religous fundamentalism in the middle America.
Dunno. Can't tell what it does different from the other half a dozen movies with similar
setting (i.e. young people go have fun, end up slaughtered). :hmmm:

I don't think its quite that straightforward. None of his other movies have been either.
But I doubt it will be to everyone's taste.

I normally give this kind of movie a pass, but I'm a fan of John Goodman, and love Melissa Leo since Homicide: Life On The Streets, and Michael Parks?!?! He played Adam in John Huston's movie The Bible: In The Beginning way back in 1966! And I loved his TV show Then Came Bronson. It aired in 1969, and was like Route 66, except with a motorcycle.
So yeah, I'll see it.
