Psychopath Test

Read this question, come up with an answer and then scroll down to the bottom for the result. This is not a trick question. It is as it reads. No one I know has got it right.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing. She believed him to be her dream guy so much, that she fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him. A few days later she killed her sister.

Question: What is her motive for killing her sister?

[Give this some thought before you answer]

Answer:

She was hoping the guy would appear at the funeral again.
If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath. This test was devised by a famous American psychologist who used it to determine if one has the same mentality as a killer. Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly.

If you didn’t answer the question correctly, good for you.

If you got the correct answer, please let us know so we can take you off our email list!

I got the correct answer, but then I've read it several times over the years - I even think it's been here before but don't hold me to it.

The question now is what was my answer when I very first read it? :D

And in reality it's not a proper test as it's just basic problem solving, and nor was it created by a psychologist to be so. YOU SHOULDN'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! :O:

If anything, this "test" only checks your sense of black humour. I have not heared of this question before, but the answer jumped to my head immediately - because the point of the joke is so very obvious.

And it even is a good joke indeed. If you like black humour, at least.

If she killed the man and had him stuffed she could be with him all the time and if she got fed up with him burn him on the bonfire. :shifty:

Sister Act (http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/hoaxes/sister.asp)

Origins: This silly canard began its internet life in May 2002. No, this question was not authored by a, "famous American psychologist," nor does it come from a "genuine psychological test".

No kidding, the real test is the PCL-R, and you can't self administer it.

I thought it was due to envy. She believed that her sister was secretly in love with him.

I never thought of that. (If i kill my sister he will come to the funeral...)

A psychopath may be narrowminded, but I have difficult to believe they all are thinking exactly the same.
