Hello everyone... I didn't played SH3 for some months because i moved to germany... Now i'm going to play some campaign again, and last few years i downloaded many mods and stuff, but i dont have them here and to be honest i forget which they where... So any advice for mods which will make game more fun and interesting should be welcomed :)

And can somebody remind me in which order game and mods needs to be instaled.... Tyvm for ur time!

As far as mods go, I'd start by taking a look through the sticky threads in this forum:

Many of the best (and most popular are there) so you should do well no matter which you choose. After that I'd recommend glancing through the following thread:

This one's loaded with lots of outstanding mods and even includes in-game screenshots so you can get a good look before installing.

Well the first mod you should search for is GWX Gold. :yeah:

Followed swiftly by SH3 commander, nothing like sliding into that IXb in January of 1940 (or whatever date you want) and having a cool log with real ship names to look at and laugh about.

But i have another problem... Here on academy the most web sites (with torrents) are forbidden and i dont have access to it :damn: so i'm having hard time to search the stuff needed.

I managed to download clean version of SH3, but cannot find working patch 1.4, i downloaded two of them and both aren't working (dont know why)... Same is for GWX Gold - cannot find appropriate page for download.

Any idea is welcomed, many thanks :salute:

If your current copy of SH3 is a recent (re-)release of the game, it's probably already fully patched to v1.4. I bought it as a digital download two years ago and that was already the case then - it required no additional patching.

Ok, finally manage to get GWX 3.0 Gold, after the install i run the game, but when it is load up to 80% i get this two errors:

There is a new (not implemented) page: <Page Ingame Options> !

and another one after that:

Menu ID not found 0x1a000008!

Anyone knows how to fix it?

Try performing a registry clean before reinstalling...that may help.
