Clifford Olson Dead - Finally

I am not sure how many of you are familiar with the name Clifford Olson. He was a pedophile, rapist and serial killer that terrorized Vancouver, BC and it's suburbs during the spring of 1981. He killed 11 people aged 9 to 18. He raped and killed boys and girls, the oldest of which (Sigrun Arnd) was a German tourist.

It was a memorable time in my life as I was 9 and my oldest brother was 13. We were very much in the "keep your kids at home" group during this period. When he was finally arrested he was living on Diamond Rd. in Richmond BC, about 1/2 mile from my elementary school.

He died of cancer today. It was only about a week after they had announced a terminal illness in him. Too bad... wish he had suffered longer.

We had John Wayne Gacy operating between 72-78. They attribute 33 to that sadistic pederast. But he was executed in 1990 ten years after he was sentenced to death.....good riddance to both.
