Promotions?

Playing SH3 first campaign with GWX gold mod. Every time I go back to base I have some men outlined in blue - ready to promote. But under my promotion screen there are no promotions showing and it always says "You must complete a patrol" - I have completed 5 patrols already but it keeps saying that. Any ideas?

Click on one of the blue highlighted crew, then drag the promotion to the info box on the right. Sometimes I have had the same message, but it usally corrects itself next patrol. I have also found that the arrow for the mouse pointer has to be right on whatever you want to drag. There is no margin of error.

Use SH3 Commander to promote whom you want when you want. It is the tool that changes everything about how SH3 is played.
