Guys in SH IV I can not seem to get an external view of my ship like I could in SH III (GWG) I am running SH IV TMO mod

F12 is the external camera.
Make sure the external camera is enabled in the options.
The , and . (view next and previous units) are disabled in the command .cfg file. You'll need to edit it to restore those.

Yes I am currently reading through the rules plus the PDF from TMO
