Problem with Weather Reports

I hope someone can help me with this, my problem is that no matter what weather I have ingame the weather report is stuck and doesn't reflect it.

It always says "Clouds Clear, Precipitations None, Fog None, Wind Speed 5 meters per second, Direction 0."

I've had all sorts of weather from stormy and overcast to thick fog, but the report never changes.

Open Horizons II (Full)
Dynamic Environment basemod (your preference)

KZS Hull Wetness


Anyone seen this before or know how to fix it?

IIRC this is caused by the dynamic environment mod. Stoianm would be best one to ask about this.

it is happend sometime and usually i remember that save and reload the save or just desapear after a weather changing... it was a game and a mod bug in same time and i could not find a solution yet
