Being in subs since SH II, I've paused after SH III.
Then World of tanks came in, and revived my hunger for good german weaponry, and of course good german torpedoes :arrgh!:

Now on SH V, and happy to see subsim is still offering more and more friends, mods and maps !

Hey all, not a total newbie to the games but I never was very involved with the community the first go around, and that may have been why I didn't stick with it as long. I've been hitting up SHIII and I'm as we speak downloading GWX, (as long as the download page stays up, something finnicky there right now) so we'll see how this goes. For the past couple days I've hounded this forum like a dog so I figured I ought to sign up and get some actual interaction and give some props to the guys who are making all this stuff and giving me this helpful information, showing off all the wonderful mods, and making this game what it can be. first played SH3 a few years back and loved it, got it out again and started to see if I still had the skill to sink some ships. It all came back very quickly. Would love to have a modern sub sim maybe A bomber or hunter killer sim. I work in a navel sub base so it would be cool to speak to a captain and have a little knowlege of what he does. lol

I been playing silent hunter for a few year now, read the forum a few years too.
third silent hunter is the best in my opinion as it's game physics are good fourth was alright fifth, bug alert but that's what mods are for.

The first sub sim I played was Silent Service way back in the day. Then it was Silent Service II. Haven't played one since then. Just picked up Silent Hunter IV and started messing with the tutorials....Man do I have a lot to learn. Maybe I need to go back and read Commander O'Kane's books again :DL

I also love ponies. Ponies are awesome. I'm going to have a Pinkamina Diane Pie on my underseeboot. I just reinstalled SH5 so.. yeah I got to reinstall everything.
I'm not considering myself as a closet brony online, but in real life I am one for sure.
I'll sure be disappointed when I will come to the point where I'll have to switch for the 7B u-boat, since I can't take the same Emblem, but well.. I'll probably get tired of the pink mane at this point, Maybe switch for another one.

This will probably be my emblem. After some tiny tiddy work on it.

I am just never on forums.
I prefer chats or you know, I just like life *simpler*. And daily connecting to a website is not my habit.

Now why not talk about myself, I have a Restive depressive Personality Disorder.
I hate the word Disorder. I also show features of psychopathy in which I don't care but apparently it grows up over time. My childhood is what is labelling me so. And maybe my attitude too.

I have a pilot licence, plays flight simulators like rise of flight, also have the VRS F/A-18..
I also love ponies. Ponies are awesome. I'm going to have a Pinkamina Diane Pie on my underseeboot. I just reinstalled SH5 so.. yeah I got to reinstall everything.
I'm not considering myself as a closet brony online, but in real life I am one for sure.
I'll sure be disappointed when I will come to the point where I'll have to switch for the 7B u-boat, since I can't take the same Emblem, but well.. I'll probably get tired of the pink mane at this point, Maybe switch for another one.

This will probably be my emblem. After some tiny tiddy work on it.
