Just curious as to what the consensus might be. I am using GWX 8HR thru SH3CMDR.

That's what I have been using, but I've grown weary of swapping the crew out every two hours (it's stormy all the time). In good weather I swapped them every four hours, but I haven't seen good weather in weeks.
I'm thinking this time around I'll set it for No Fatigue and swap them once per day when I send in my daily position report. At least I'll still feel like I'm doing something.

Big fan of No Fatigue here.
I just pretend the 1WO and senior enlisted are doing their jobs and managing the crew effectively.

No Fatigue; scheduling watches and stations is not the Captain's job.

No fatigue as well.
It is not the Kaleun's job to babysit the crew.

You mean you don't have to be the only employee in a fast food restaurant? :D
Sounds like a sweet dream...
PS. No fatigue here as well. :sunny:

Another thought: in real life, effort doesn't go from 100% to nonfunctional in an instant.
What really happens with fatigue is increased mistakes, poor choices, increased injury and impaired judgement. Total collapse occurs, but only after three or four days without rest.
The model is wrong.
'No fatigue' using SHCommander.
Still switch the watch and planesmen every once in a while just to see new faces.

I use the "no fatigue" option in SH3 Commander. My reasoning is that the captain shouldn't have to micro manage his crew like that. That's what the junior officers and petty officers are for :salute:

I too use no fatigue.I see no point moving around these guys.Just imagine they are smart enough to do it on their own.

No fatigue here too. Reason: My finger gets tired having to rotate the crew so often!
