Any other aircraft carriers?

I am pretty new to this game. Every time I sink an aircraft carrier either in Plymouth or outside in the english channel my computer crashes to the desktop shortly afterwards. I have read lots of posts stating you can sink it outside but it doesn't work for me even with all mods disabled.
Is there another one somewhere else. I think I have been sinking the Arkroyal but not certain as it looks different to all the pictures in the manual.

you should post your mod list Simon and if you are patched to 1.2

ok - then you need to search and install - "sub_hydro_fix":up:

Thanks I will try this. I had seen this on the forum but wasn't sure if I should try it. Or if it might be the reason.
I will let you know if it fixes it.

Can you tell me is this is a JGSME file. Or if I copy it to the silent hunter files manualy.

You install it with JSGME

It fixes a stock bug where if an Allied sub was picked up on hydro = ctd

This may not be the reason for your ctd - but its the only one I can think of with the stock game.

TDWs UI has this fix within it.

I tried this but it crashed to the desktop and also for the first time shut down my computer also.
I still would like to know if there are any other places that aircraft carriers show up.
