September

I started my lovely journey from a lovely village called "something-something". I don't really remember the name of that village so I shall name it to "Lovely Village". The people of Lovely Village, or LV, were adorable. Especially the village's merchant, Stidapuadakos (not his real name as I don't remember it), was a sweet little old man and he offered his help instantly when I entered the village. I told him I didn't need anything as I already had everything I needed: an axe and a recipe book which I got from a man who lived in a jar. In a big jar obviously.

Anyway, after I had dined at Stidapuadakos' residence, he insisted, I moved on. The old man had tears in his eyes when we said goodbye. After I had promised him that we would meet again, I left, running away quickly as I was touched by the old man's reaction and I too had a tear or two in my eyes as well and I didn't want the old man to see it.

I left the village at sunset and I got to say: the view was spectacular! The last sunbeams glittered on the nearby lake and that view rapdily lifted my spirit. I think I even smiled. I straightened my back, sighed and started walking. Having no idea where I was going but that didn't matter. I knew what I was searching for and I knew that I would eventually find what I was looking for.

After the sun had set I remembered the old man's warnings of the creatures which appear only at night. I had thought it was only a legend, you know to keep children inside at night, but the unfamiliar sounds made me think otherwise. I didn't recognize half of the sounds I heard in distance. I forced myself to move on, disregarding the contrary will of my legs. As I walked forward, one sound seemed to come closer and closer. I tightened my grip on the axe, stopped moving and glanced furtively around me. Nothing. I felt sweat dripping down my neck. Out of nowhere a cat jumped from the bushes, running straight at me. I relaxed my stance and laughed in relief.

If only had I known it wasn't a cat but a tiger.

The tiger knocked me down. My axe was thrown out of my hand due to force of the impact. The tiger tried immediately to go after my neck but somehow I managed to shove it off and get up. I looked hastily around me and as soons as I saw my axe on the ground, I lunged for it. But the tiger got me first. It slammed me to the ground and sunk its teeth in to my left arm. I shrieked. The pain was incomprehensible.

After I managed to comprehend the pain I quickly grapped the recipe book out of my backpack and rammed it to the tiger's head. It released its hold on my hand instantly. I crawled toward my axe while the cat was recovering from the hit. After reaching the axe I turned around and saw the tiger coming for another attack run. I lifted the axe just in time and the tiger slammed hard against it. The tiger growled once and complete silence fell in to the dark forest. I heard only my heavy breathing. One sole thing ringing in my head: I'm alive!

I rose up, lifted the dead tiger in the air and roared. The roar was tremendous, it echoed in the deep forests for minutes, maybe even hours. Who knows. After the final echo ceased, I finally dropped the carcass and just stood there, still trembling due to adrenaline rush. I had prevailed.

I moved on.

After walking for hours, the sun started rising from the east, showing the staggering fall colours in in its full glory, I saw a little hill ahead. The climb was heavy as I was worn out from fight with the tiger, and several other mammals over the night. I didn't care to tell you about those fights as the descrpitions would've been too gruesome. When I finally got atop of the hill something astonishing appeard in front of me. An unimaginable view. Kind of place I've always searched. So there I stood in torn clothes, bloody and tired when I understood that I had found the perfect place. A little piece of heaven.

Yes... I'm weak. Also, it was Dowly's fault entirely! He introduced me to the superb Yogbox.

Not sure about entries other than they will be (naturally) in chronological order. Or will they :hmmm:

Day 2

Now you spoiled the story! :nope:

Anyway, I'll add more entries after my essay writing madness stops.
