I can only vouch for my own setup.

The following are installed directly, bypassing JSGME:

There are many many mods that work well with GWX........ on their own.

Getting them to play nice with GWX and each other is the trick.

Look at the multiples of threads on this very topic that can be found using a search to see what others have been doing to get theirs to work together.

Thanks for posting your list, Steve. I'm as much of a realism nut as you are, and I need to download these and try out SH3 again (as soon as I finish up putting the IJN on the bottom of the Pacific).

Are those in order?

It's worth the effort though, as precious little matches the satisfaction of finally slaying the mod soup dragon.

yeah nothing feels better than when the mod soup works with no crashes or freezes. Its a moment of truimph that lasts two patrols and then your wanting to add more lol

Yes, but I experimented with them a lot, and I keep my own set of Dials, Commands.cfg and Menu.ini handy, and reinstall them every time I make a change, so it overrides any other overrides and works for me. It took me a lot of trial and error to get there, and there is no guarantee it will work for you.

Not being negative; just wanted you to be aware.

There is a page that I cannot find, not the dl section, that has most of the mods. Does anyone have the link? Thanks for your list, it seems like it's half the fun trying to get them to work, the other half is work.
