Well I suppose it's time to give you a weight loss update.

Some of its bad but most of it's good

At the gym we figured that I can leg press 1000lb, and squat 2-300, the trainer remarked that I had incredibly strong legs

My gut has gotten a lot smaller - I looked in the mirror one morning and surprised myself.

My "skinny" (as in - I barely fit into) jeans are now 2 sizes too big

People keep telling me I look like I've lost a lot of weight

I can now walk about in a button up shirt and pass for flat stomached while sucking it in

Since I suck in my stomach during all waking hours instinctively anyhow, my abs have gotten noticeably tighter

Sadly, no progress on the bit of fat stored in my chest.

This medicine I'm on for ADD and anxiety disorder make the thought of eating sickening, so I can eat the bare minimum with no problem.

Sadly, it means some days I just don't eat. Since Saturday I've only taken in about 1000 calories - so I need to work on that. I'm probably -8000 for the week, which I know is dangerous, but I really am trying to keep eating.

I've totally given up energy drinks. I still LOVE coca cola and root beer, but I've about halved my intake of it.

I feel amazing - I have far more energy, I can run on less sleep, and my mind is just a lot clearer.

Great work mate. Keep at it, the weight will come off your chest eventually. Just need to stick at it.

Sounds good. Now you just need the trim taught and terriffic moustache to go along with it.

Good to hear. Try not to cut too many calories. For myself I know that I can quickly put on 10-15lbs when I come home from school/training for a week and don't do anything but keep up the same amount of food I eat during training. However once I'm back to training I can cut that back in a week or two.

Just be persistent and don't cut too much food out

Great news. Thanks for the feedback.

Congratulation on feeling great and having more energy :yeah:
That is more important than merely trying to fix your shape to impress the ladies.

Feel good is a lady magnet by itself.

Just don't stop at it. I managed to loose 5kg last month, but I regained them in the begining of august, when there was bad weather. Maybe I'll sign myself into a gym now that I have money again

Well done! I've been losing weight since I started riding my bike and walking instead of taking public transport and tracking what I eat. :yeah:
