Trouble downloading and New Member

Permission to come aboard. I have read the SUBSIM radio room posts for quite some time, but this is only the second time that I have posted. And this post is to see why I keep getting and error message that I have exceeded my 3 download a day limit, when I haven't downloaded in days or weeks? What do I have to do?

forum, after an hour or less the forum will automatically enable downloads
for you again.
