Just noticed that i am back to Cadet level with little download or upload right ?, whats the story i know i been away for a while and have not logged on or been in a position to do so due to been in hosiptal and having some sight problems but did not think i would be demoted in my time away

As for your issue with the downloads/uploads:

2. You have been a member a long time, and you've never posted or have not posted in a long time. Solution: make a post somewhere in the forum, after an hour or less the forum will automatically enable downloads for you again.
