13.oct 22:00, still ca 160km distance to target. So he will probably attack on the night of 14/15 oct or maybe on the night of 15/16. oct.


I look forward to the photos which U-21 will bring back to Kiel (if U-21 will survive).

Unfortunately i didnt get credited for that sunk ship .

I ran out of time to sink any others .
Heading back to base .
It wasnt a total waste as i sank 31000 tons .
Now i just have to make it home alive .

To sum up the mission , after travelling at ahead flank most of the way and only submerging so as not to be detected for 3 and a half days . Then reaching scapa and finding a way thru and only submerge or run slow enough not to be detected but still go as fast as i could go to reach the destination by the deadline . Then once spotting the target getting close enough , at a speed where i might get detected but have to reach torp firing range before the deadline . Then only have 9 minutes to fire the torps and sink the ship before the deadline . So to sum up after 3 and a half days i had 9 minutes to spare . That was intense .
