Healthcare Reform...

The Appeals Court for the 11th Circuit, based in Atlanta, found that Congress exceeded its authority by requiring Americans to buy coverage, but also reversed a lower court decision that threw out the entire healthcare law.
The legality of the individual mandate, a cornerstone of the healthcare law, is widely expected to be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. Opponents have argued that without the mandate, which goes into effect in 2014, the entire law falls.

I believe in healthcare reform of some sort. The current bill is not the reform we need.

That's seriously how your healthcare system is organised? Damn...this year I've been studying the French system and comparing it to our Slovenian one and while neither is the definition of simplicity, it's nothing this horrible. I can't make heads or tails of it all. No wonder your administration can't either.

Exactly. So what is the next best thing to do? Force it on everyone! It is unconstitutional to do that but shove the bill through anyway without giving it any though. Do you think Capital Hill will be able to sort it out? Have you studied tax code set up by the federal government? I rest my case. I don't think the healthcare bill that passed can be made up as we go along. The entire deal needs to be examined again.
