I brought this game for $20 at "Mightyape.co.nz" So that was a bargain I thought in my country. I enjoyed playing SH 3 and 4 and getting SH5 was inevitable. Buying games here can be expensive some times, so looking out for good deals or waiting for the price to drop can help.
I found this site because I wanted to enhance my gaming experience using the wonderful MODS that the members here have created. I don't know how to created MODS myself and I think Ubisoft should hire or give some of the Modding members here a job!!!

New Zealand Submarine WWII History.

Imperial Japanese Navy submarines operated in New Zealand waters in 1942 and 1943:
I-25 operated off New Zealand in early March 1942. Nobuo Fujita from I-25 in a Yokosuka E14Y floatplane conducted reconnaissance flights over Wellington on 8 March and Auckland on 13 March before departing for Fiji.[2]
I-21 briefly operated off the northern tip of New Zealand in May 1942. I-21's floatplane conducted a reconnaissance flight over Auckland on 24 May.[3]
An unknown Japanese submarine operated off New Zealand in February 1943 [4]
Neither I-21 nor I-25 attacked any ships during their brief periods in New Zealand waters.[5

Welcome aboard :salute:

Modding in your spare time and doing it full time for the man doesn't have the same appeal I think, although I'm sure all the modders would welcome cash donations to subsim (or buy things from Amazon via the subsim link so the site gets some wonga).
