Never happen.

First, the American people as a whole are too stupid. Americans don't vote by facts, they vote by the best propaganda, sound bites, silly ideals, etc..
Congress is just a reflection of how dumb we are.

Second, it would never get through congress, they're crooked, but smarter than the people.

I enjoyed it. Some of the questions were on the vague side, in that there wasn't enough room for judgement, but on the whole I found it interesting.

One quibble I have on reflection is that I didn't see a mention of how many people voted on a particular question, just the percentage. If my feeling represents one percent of 50,000 people then I'm definitely in the minority (and vice versa), but if I'm on percent of 100 people then the findings are still skewed.
