U-Boat Conning Tower missing?

I have created a U-Boat campaign i have the USS Iowa and Admiral Hipper mod (which doesn't work at the moment) but for some reason when i start my campaign up my Conning tower is missing but it looks as if its been deleted from the game as i can't use or equip AA guns in the loadout screen before starting a patrol but it seems to be just the U-boats as the American subs are fine.
Can anyone provide any assistance it would be much apreciated i haven't played a U-boat campaign since i installed the Iowa and Hipper mods.

It's mod soup. One mod is installed on top of another, deleting your conning tower. The fix is to uninstall all mods, then try running the game. If your conning tower is back, install them with JSGME one at a time, checking after each installation. JSGME should tell you if you have a conflict when you install the mod that's a problem.

If you remove all mods and still don't see the conning tower it's game reinstallation time.

R. Robbins is right, that should be it. Also, the JSGME list of enabled mods gives you a hint of what mods are conflicting with each: the name of the conflicting mod appears hollowed out in the list.

If you remove all mods and still don't see the conning tower it's game reinstallation time.I deleted the mods from my Submarines folder but the conning tower is still missing but i attempted a reinstall before removing the mods i uninstalled the game and then reinstalled but for some reason not all files were deleted so the install started half way through (I have the Steam version)

Do i have to uninstall the entire game or just the U-boat mission add-on?

Wait wait, we are working on the assumption that you are using mods OTHER than u-boat misions, which is not a mod but an add-on.

There is nothing wrong in stock version + u-boat missions (well, not in the sense that you are complaining anyway!), actually you need it for everything else. If you are talking about missing conning towers when you have nothing installed OTHER THAN stock + u-boat missions, that it is the case of uninstalling everything and then installing it again.
