[Graphics glitch] Upon damaging the aircraft carrier...

Having stuck half a dozen torpedoes (on multiple ocassions) into the Ark, I've discovered there's no hole on the sucker's hull! (with external view) Is there a fix mod for this? It doesn't affect the gameplay, but just my ego lol.

Another thing, I think somewhere out there, there's a mod for lifeboats upon sinking a ship, could anyone please point me in the right direction?

1: Not sure, make sure you have ship damage ticked in graphic options, could be a glitch.

ship dmg is ticked, i think it's a glitch, because i see holes in damaged merchants
