Anyone got one of those? My girlfriend laptop has this problem: every time the accents keys are press two simbols appers insted of one, like this ``. After running the anti-virus, the removal tools from kaspersky, online scans from eset, anti-malaware software, crapcleaner etc, the problem still exist.
Noting is detected by the several programs.

Well, if it's better than NOD, will try. In normal mode or in safe mode with network connection?

what google tells me is this problem is related to keyloggers

Have you tried running Malwarebtyes http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Nop, nothing detected and so on! I took the laptop for fixing, but couldn't be. Format c: and possibly windows 7 is the next step.
