wrong planet, wrong solar system, if I was Greek I would be wondering what the Truks were thinking about. At a time in the past Greece was a Turkish territory.

Check the CIA World Factbook.
https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/tu.html
EDIT: On second thought, that resource might not give the information out as freely as I had thought. :hmmm:
Once it is Islamic land always Islamic land in their thinking. Just a thought. What if the Truks did steam roll into Greece, what would become of it.????? Isreal is being press to give up land why not Greece ???

More of an equipment expert and not a political one. But I can tell you the Turkish military is big, second biggest in NATO after the US. Their Army and Air Force are formidable, their Navy while large is made up of smaller ships (but lots of subs) because they have to divide their forces (med and black sea).
On the political side I can tell you they consider them selves in some ways to be the protectors of Ataturk's secular philosophy and are not above using force to enforce it on the government, they almost had a military coup last year.
