Well this sucks. You would have to get permission from ubisoft before you could post a 3 minute training video of SH on youtube.

I'm intrigued by this part:
Just to hit you over the head with this, that means that if you stream a game like Street Fighter 4 or Starcraft 2 (or a movie or a song etc) only 10 or more times in a full half year, and if you make a bit of money doing it, you either need to have a license from Capcom or Blizzard etc or you risk going to jail.
I would hope that would eliminate any dangers surrounding the tutorials, or any other video.

They have a discussion about this on the Eve Online forums. Apparently it may also cover anyone who requests donations for website upkeep and such.

Its a really bad bill, I mean I enjoy Lets plays and what not all the time and have you ever watched a really well done Machinima? A bill like that could destroy stuff like that.
This bill is just stupid, 5 years in prison for a bloody you-tube video?
Whats next are they going to send me to prison for taking screenshots?
