I joined this site over a year ago under a different id and had no problems until I was a victim of identity theft ( not from this site ). I had to start everything all over again. I joined here again under my current id a few months ago and have just started using the site again today, I haven't downloaded a single file yet and tried today to download TMO 2.0 and to my great shock was told I have exceeded my daily download limit of 3 files per day. Where has the math gone wrong with subsim ? If I have NOT downloaded a single file how is it possible I have exceeded a 3 file limit per day ? Further more after my first post on subsim forums I should have a 10 file per day limit, unfortunately I still cannot download 1 file let alone 10. :wah:

:up: I suggest you send a message to Neal (owner of this forum) and explain what you had named here, that you find it strange with ID and D/L.

I need to post a sticky FAQ on this :)

The system restricts new users to 3 d/l a day. When they have made 1 post, they are promoted to regular users and can make 12 d/ls a day. It could take up to 1 hour after making the 1 post before the system runs the promotion script.

I see you are a reg user, should be all good.

That's the point - I did not download anything today, yet was blocked as if I made 3 downloads. Well, it's okay now. Maybe I should've just wait for a bit more or re-login...
