saved games

Ive noticed when say sinking a convoy then saving the game exiting coming back later loading up the saved game the convoy reappears :wah:
any fix for this problem?

This problem has been around since SH3.

I follow these simple rules when saving :-

1. dont save while within 50km of a ship.
2. dont save while within 50 km of a port.
3. dont save while submerged.
