This one was certainly not a young white or tiger shark. I'd even say he looks rather calm. Maybe an old shark.

Ah, thanks for the info Jim. As this video is about a giant Pacific octopus, I admit it's a bit hard to me to determine the scale lenght of the shark - though it's obvious this one is smaller than the beasts I've mentioned above.

Average Spiny Dogfish is 0.9m to 1.2m long.

On topic of videos, the thread's original clip led me to this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5DyBkYKqnM). Not quite as ferocious, but the title and the captions gave me a good laugh.
