I wanted to ask Neal and Co if they had considered a 'Hit Map' for SUBSIM before?
A hit map is a real-time updated world map which indicates which hits to the site come from where. I guess for tracking purposes, marketing, that sort of thing.
Don't know if the hosts of that would charge to embed on this site. Dare say they would.
Another question:
Good or bad idea, for a sticky in GT section for a handy links sticky, or a general information links sticky?
Linking to such things as the disaster/emergency map:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=184592

or:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=184591

I'm only using these 2 as an example, not bleating my own proverbial horn.
The links would contain educational material only, i'd be happy to add to it regularly, and with the assistance of Neal and Mods keep it clean and tidy and relevant.
Just a resource thread for our members, i was thinking, in one centralized area.

Just some ideas. Over (k) :salute:

It's either over (you're expecting a further communication), or out (no further communication expected).

It can never be over and out.:salute:

Ps - in a radio log over is represented by 'k' and out is '+'.

It's called a hit map due to the terminology of hits on a website, how many people have viewed your website.
