Excuse me while I laugh at this obvious scam the BATFE\DOJ have going on at the moment.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110614/ap_on_re_la_am_ca/lt_mexico_us_weapons_trafficking#mwpphu-container

Now let is shine some reality into this fluffed statistic they have going on here.

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2011/03/03/eveningnews/main20039031.shtml

That's right the same BATFE saying that 70% of Mexican illegal guns is the exact same BATFE that literally told AZ gun stores to keep selling weapons by the truckload to known straw buyers and watched them just walk off across the border! sometimes 40 AK's at a time! They have no way to track the guns once they cross the border and no juristiction yet field agents were told time and time again to let these guns walk!

Now its starting to look to me as if the BATFE was doing this intentionally to pad their statistics. Statistics to push for say another unpopular assault weapons ban?

1 US border patrol agent is dead from BATFE Operation gun runner and operation fast and furious guns they let walk. Mexico claims 150+ law and military killed to these guns traced to the BATFE program. Mexican authorities had no idea it was even happening.

These bastards heading the BATFE need to be tried for treason!:stare:

And more and more info is coming out daily. Now it appears that this has been going on in other operations since 2008?

I think were going to learn allot in the coming weeks.:yep:

that literally told AZ gun stores to keep selling weapons by the truckload to known straw buyers
If they told them to stop selling it would be an infringement.

sometimes 40 AK's at a time
If they told them they can only buy 39 it would be an infringement.

They have no way to track the guns
Tracking guns would be an infringement.

Tracking guns would be an infringement.

1. Not an infringement. Gun stores are not allowed by law to sell to anybody that they suspect are buying for anything other than personal use. 14 AK's at a time several days apart for weeks and months does not constitute personal use!

2. See point 1.

3. Not when rule one and two are blatantly violated and useage is by non American's. The 2nd amendment is for American citizens only.

Sure, don't post in my thread (http://link.brightcove.com/services/player/bcpid1274179818?bctid=52188715001) on this subject, just start a new one! :D

I really do love it though. ATF intentionally arms Mexican cartels with literally thousands of semiautomatic rifles and then orders traces on them when they turn up in crime scenes, and the WaPo and others are right there to pounce on the traces and call US gun laws the cause.

Never let a good crisis go to waste, and, if you don't have a crisis, manufacture one and make sure your buddies in the press are ready to make a splash.

EDIT: hearings (http://oversight.house.gov/index.php?option=com_jcalpro&Itemid=1&extmode=view&extid=292) tomorrow at 10 eastern, live stream at link.

1.That law is an infringement, there is nothing in the amendment that says the keeping or bearing of arms has to be for personal use.
2. See point 1.
3. See point 1. and where does it say citizenship is a requirement?
