Hi all,
My name is David-Joshua Ginsberg, and I found DARPA today after learning about ARPA in my course studies of Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Computer Crime (Kaplan University online). After playing the memory games from the main site, I stumbled upon the ACTUV game and decided to give it a try. My first attempt resulted in an unsuccessful mission, but I managed to learn the controls decently and am looking forward to giving it another go.
In profession, I am looking forward to going for a criminal justice job in IT, interested in bank and police IT programming, as well as computer forensics. I plan to apply for IT at BSO (sheriff.org) when I get my Associates after the current term. I've been playing video games ever since my first console NES when I was very young in Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York. Some .mil style games I have enjoyed were Top Gun, Descent, Goldeneye, Starcraft, 1942, et al (besides a wide array of fps, side-scroller, and other style games... lately been playing a lot of CS:S, CT force when possible).
EDIT: If anybody on here is an older HAM radio op, my grandfather Ben Ginsberg was codename N2BBI on there. He was a military musician (tubaphone) during WWII, and my other grandfather was a bomber pilot in USAF also during WWII.
