Campaign Question?

Greetings!

I just completed 'Happy Times' and chose 'Western Approaches' for my next mission. I was in dock and when I went to the resupply officer I could do nothing to the sub i.e. change torpedo loadout, paintscheme. Everything on the menu was greyed out.

Is this normal for this change in campaigns or a bug?

Any advice would be appreciated.

You boat is set up for the first patrol. Upgrades/torpedo load outs will be available after you come back to base.

can be on the first one also... just exit in main menu... load the in bunker autosave and you have the upgrades related to the war year available
