RCN as in the Royal Canadian Navy ceased to exist after Feb 1, 1968. They are now called the Canadian Forces Maritime Command or MARCOM.
Things may actually not happen, good that they don't be in bad shape, :yep: what is "really" the real reason for this,:hmmm:

HMCS Corner Brook, under the command of Lt. Cmdr. Paul Sutherland, struck bottom while conducting submerged manoeuvres during advanced submarine officer training, said navy spokesman Gerry Pash.I'm guessing the "advanced submarine officer training" didn't include how to avoid striking the bottom... :D
