Joining a Flottilla

Just downloaded the game and I was looking for a Flotilla to join from North America, and I did not see anything in here related to Flotillas, so where can I get this info, to apply for one, please?

On the Silent Hunter 5 forum page (first page), at the very top, before the New Topic button and the threads on forum, you will see a link called
SH5 Multiplayer Matchup. You might find what you are looking for there.
