Here it is Memorial weekend already, where does the time go, hope none of you have been caught up in the nasty weather that has been hammering the middle of the U.S this last week. Between yard sailing {sales} swilling beer, and thinkin about settin the backyard on fire with a run away grill, I just might get some stick time in. And, yes less we not forget the ones that have fallen so that we might be free, thank you for sacarfice.:salute: So what's ya grillin:woot::woot::woot:??????????????

My tax returns.

But seriously, I was thinking ribs with my grandmother's famous home made BBQ sauce

Und, Schwein mit Saurkraut, ja.

And my favorite, sweet baked beans

We had our grilling done last night at a local BBQ joint. Brisket, pulled pork, and a pile of waffle fries. Washed it all down with two Mason jars filled with Guinness. My belly was very happy after that. :woot:

EDIT: Weather 'round here is too cruddy for grilling this weekend. No beer-butt chicken this time around. :wah:

There not that bad Steve....I've a BBQ in my rear garden but because of the crap weather we get in our part of the UK I can honestly say the Foreman is used a lot more.

Mind you the wife does reckon it (Foreman) tends to dry the meat.

I know. I actually love mine, and use it for a lot of things. Hot dogs and burgers are the best. My only complaint is that it doesn't give steak that "flame-broiled" flavor.

Thanks 4 pointing out. I had 2 be more specific. Already have 2 pvm with more or less the same content. Thing is, I had like to use the image link, you know [img]etc and the rest.

I use the iPad more often and find myself restrained more and more. When I use the pc I can cope / paste the image link I the forum. But can do so fro the iPad. Sorry for the off topic, butbif anybody has the same experience, or a solution, I will be all ears :)

Why, thank you nikimcbee, what time should I show up.:woot: I guess you all got time if you were wondering what to do for a side dish try my ma's bar b que cabbage 1 head of cabbage cut the core out , put a couple of tea spoons of vinegar and a 1/4 to a 1/2 stick of butter and put into the core hole {always wanted to say that} place on a sheet of tin foil make sure you have enough foil to wrap, now hold on the best part, pour your favorite B Q sauce into the core too and all over the head, wrap it up and place it on grill with the core up give it a while and roll around till you think it is down.
