I'm looking for the creator of this Sirtori Class WWI-vintage destroyer:

I'd like to contact him to ask for permission to use it in the SH4 British Mediterranean Campaign. I'm not even sure if it is a SH3 ship, but it won't hurt asking here as well :O:.
