This made me laugh:

Fill an inflatable boat with explosives. Crew it with mannequins. Send it out to sea in search of a humanitarian aid ship to destroy. Behold the desperate ingenuity of Moammar Gadhafi. NATO ships enforcing the maritime embargo on the Libyan dictator noticed a curiosity in the Mediterranean near the rebel redoubt of Misurata early Monday morning. Two rigid-hull inflatable boats appeared to head toward the Misurata port. When NATO warships and choppers approached, one of them turned and broke away. The other bobbed on course.
What was aboard? Approximately 1 ton of explosives, according to a NATO press release, and “two human mannequins.” NATO blew up the boat with small-arms fire.

1 ton of explosives could be nasty. I know the Dutch and Brits sweeped a few M-08s not too long ago.

Now we just need to see what kind of trouble the Steve Irwin causes in the region. (http://www.informationdissemination.net/2011/05/no-fly-zone-exceptions.html) What a laugh if the big evil nuclear powered US Navy has to save a bunch of Greenpeace hippies from real bad guys. :haha:

To get Mariners to come close to the vessel, thinking there might be crew onboard in distress only then to set off the explosives, with devastating effects.
A floating booby trap, designed with 1 purpose in mind: to kill people and sink ships.

You know they need to create a social club for ex-dictators. Boasting past time glorious tales and evil deeds. . . . . ., smoking cigars, trying to hit on ladies without their power charm, playing cards and table pool . . . .
