Anything new in SH3?

Hello all, been away for a few months, mainly due to the explosion of my gaming rig plus too much work.... Anyway, I'm back with a new machine and some time and have just reinstalled the game and all my favourite mods- its good to be playing again!

Anything I should know about from the last 12 months or so? Whatever happened to the work being done by the GW team on the save issue? Any developments on that? Any new must-have mods?

And whilst I'm here- what's the shortcut key for the interior free cam?!

Aces put out new versions of Super Turms & Super Pens.

Now you can order your crew to line up on deck when you are docked in your pen at the start or end of a patrol. (Or even in the middle of Atlantic when you are riding out a hurricane, if you're so inclined. :O:) You can even activate a little add-on before the last leg of your journey home so they are bearded when they appear on deck at the end of a patrol.

Also he is doing rescaling for the Type IX turms so they are bigger/higher in proportion to the crew models.

There are recently active threads for all of that stuff in the Mods forum.

MCHALO12 along with DivingDuck are still working on adding animated crew to FM New Interiors, they released a "trailer" showing the progress so far:
