Possible to load career from one PC to another?

Silent hunter 3. new computer, old career I'd like to transfer from one PC to the next, possible? TIA!

If the install of the game and the mods are the same, I don't see why not. Infact, I've taken carreers from one install into the next. But I was in port iirc.

You need to move everything in the 'My Documents\SH3' folder over to the new system. As Pisces said, if the install version and the mods are the same it should work. Good luck! :sunny:

You could as well copy over the collection of mod folders in the MODS folder. But the MODS folder also contains some hidden folders with backup and JSGME settings-files of your previous install/pc that you shouldn't transfer. Only copy over the extracted folders containing the mods themselves.They are not modified during enabling the mods. They are just there as a source repository. Then enable them in the order that is required on your new pc
