Cyrilic not working

No, look what happened when I wrote a word in russian ... only numbers show up instead of cyrillic letters:

I seem to have that issue now too. Only some of the quoted text seems to be affected.
(the KKK vs. Westboro thread's first post, for example, is messy for me)
