From a marketing standpoint you don't want to show the best in the trailers. You want to allude to the best. Hint to the best. Make the potential customer want to know what is the best. Once the customer knows that the best in in the advertisement, why buy the product.

That is one of the things wrong with many current movies. The best is in the trailer and when you pay for the movie you are disappointed.
