Always foggy when I load up a save

Getting a really annoying fog bug, every time I load up the area I am in immediately gets foggy. This is despite the fact it was a beautify clear day when I saved. Currently am running the game modded, have Magnum Opus (patched), lite campaign 1.2, critical hits 1.1 torpedoes, church's keyboard commands, fist full of emblems and engine sounds improvements. Not sure if this is a stock issue or not, did not find anything on the forums about this but frankly I am not sure what I would type to look for a fix, fog bug doesnt turn up anything useful.

I think the weather system is very buggy in this game. I get different weather conditions each time I load up and sometimes it gets stuck on 15 wind when the waves are definitely not that rough.

Finish your patrol. reload mods and see if that doesn't fix it
